Rock Town’s Valentine’s Day whiskey dinner is a seated dinner hosted by founder and head distiller Phil Brandon and Chef Amanda Ivy at the distillery. We’ll feature 4 outstanding Rock Town whiskeys paired the following menu from Chef Amanda Ivy:

  • Potato Wrapped Oysters Rockefeller paired with Rock Town’s Hickory Smoked Whiskey

  • Arugula Salad with Torn Cherries,  Shaved Pecorino, and Lavender Cured Egg Yolks paired with Rock Town’s Rye Whiskey

  • Intermezzo: Rosewater Sorbet with Rock Town Grapefruit Vodka

  • Boeuf Bourguignon with Creamed Arkansas Rice Grits and Balsamic Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms paired with Rock Town’s Four Grain Sour Mash Bourbon

  • Persian Love Cake – White Chocolate Spice Cake with Pistachios and Roses – paired with Rock Town’s Single Barrel Bourbon

  • Digestif – Rock Town’s Bourbon Cream

6:30PM – Wednesday, February 14th – $70 per person
